1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within the time period specified on your order confirmation or on the returns page of texturalshoes.com. This period is calculated from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
- The original packaging, including the shoebox and any additional inserts, must be intact and free from damage.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, including but not limited to: scuffs on the soles, dirt on the uppers, stretched materials, or any odor.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must still be attached to the product.
We strongly recommend trying on your Textural Shoes indoors on a clean, soft surface such as a carpet or rug. Walking on hard or outdoor surfaces will leave marks on the soles and will disqualify the item from return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or other reasons. The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way
- Items with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Products that have been exposed to strong odors (smoke, perfume, chemicals, etc.)
